• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, network outages, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of bg366.

If you choose to voluntarily close your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after applicable verification checks are completed.
